At 24K Jewelers, we take pride in providing high-quality jewelry and exceptional craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges & Store Credit

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that customer satisfaction is important. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email Shop@24KJewelers.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Your order number.

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or provide store credit at our discretion.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom-made and personalized jewelry are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances. Please ensure all details are correct before placing an order.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Any chargeback or fraudulent claim filed against a legitimate purchase will be disputed to the fullest extent. We reserve the right to ban customers who attempt to engage in fraudulent activity.
